Oh. EM. GEEEEEE!!!!! These “cookies” are amazing! When I bit one, it was so thick that I didn’t completely feel like it was a cookie. However, it had the consistency of a cookie. Anyway, it’s hard to explain; you’ve just got to try one for yourself! Yummy! 🙂
